1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NoraCapital ("the Platform"), operated at noracapital.com.ng, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and premium subscribers.

2. Description of Service

NoraCapital is a Nigerian stock intelligence platform that provides:

  • Stock market data aggregation and visualization
  • Dividend tracking and calendar tools
  • Company profiles and financial data
  • Market news and educational content
  • Watchlist and notification features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

NoraCapital offers Free, Premium, and Business/API subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment partner, Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Business/API subscribers may use NoraCapital API data in commercial products, customer-facing dashboards, internal tools, reports, and applications, provided the data is not resold as a standalone raw data feed, competing API, or substantially similar market intelligence database.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Scrape, mine, or extract data from the Platform without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
  • Redistribute or resell Platform content without the appropriate Business/API license or written permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of NoraCapital and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoraCapital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from investment decisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
