Euro Area PMI lifts above estimates

Services PMI In the Euro Area increased to 49.40 points in June from 47.70 points in May, above estimates of 48.9. "An easing of downturn in eurozone service sector business activity during June is welcome news and, in conjunction with manufacturing growth, means the wider economy has stabilised after two months of falling output," said Chris Williamson, Chief Business Economist at S&P Global Market Intelligence.
